Let's Talk Business Plans
With more than 24 years of experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, and privately held companies, I've spent my career analyzing business models, growth strategies, operational structures, and the real-world decisions that determine whether a company succeeds or struggles. My background combines strategic business consulting, business plan development, executive communication, and founder education and consulting. Over the years, I've worked directly with thousands of business owners across a wide range of industries, helping them work through business structure, market positioning, operational planning, funding preparation, and long-term strategy. As the Owner and Operator of Let's Talk Business Plans, I oversee the development of professional business plans and strategic planning systems designed to help entrepreneurs organize, communicate, and strengthen their business models. My work involves evaluating business concepts, identifying operational weaknesses, refining strategic direction, and helping companies communicate effectively with lenders, investors, and stakeholders. Prior to launching my business planning company, I spent nearly two decades with Nevada Corporate Headquarters, where I served as a Senior Corporate Analyst, national educator and corporate-structure speaker, and strategic advisor. During that time, I worked extensively with entrepreneurs nationwide, educating business owners on corporate structuring, operational planning, asset protection, and long-term business development. My professional focus has always centered on business strategy, communication, and helping entrepreneurs make more informed decisions. I'm particularly interested in the intersection of business planning, lender and investor decision-making, operational scalability, market positioning, and the communication strategies that influence how companies are perceived by lenders, investors, and consumers. My experience in consulting, public speaking, and business analysis has given me the opportunity to study thousands of companies, business models, and entrepreneurial situations firsthand — experience that continues to shape my perspective on what makes businesses sustainable, fundable, and operationally sound.
